Westminster Offers Flexibility and
Choice of Fee Structure
We realize that everyone’s financial priorities are different which is why we offer several different plans from which to choose.
There are two fees associated with residence at Westminster: an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Both the entrance fee and the monthly service fee will vary depending on:
- which home you choose,
- the type of health coverage selected, and
- the type of refund option you choose.

Life Care Residence and Care Agreement:
Westminster at Lake Ridge offers a 0%, 50% and 90% refundable Life Care Residence and Care Agreement. Payment of the Life Care Agreement* fees entitles you to lifetime residency at Westminster at Lake Ridge, including assisted living or skilled nursing care, as necessary.
The monthly service fee for the Life Care Residence and Care Agreement includes:
- one meal daily in the dining room,
- weekly housekeeping,
- yard care, interior and exterior maintenance of your home
and the Westminster grounds,
- all utilities including heat, air conditioning, electricity, and water,
as well as basic cable TV and trash (does not include telephone),
- Real Estate taxes,
- an emergency response system, on-site security and safety checks,
- a host of social and recreational opportunities,
- scheduled transportation, and
- a variety of health and wellness programs.
Prices for Life Care plans start at $122,222, with a monthly service fee of $2,315.
Refundable Fee for Service Agreement:
Westminster at Lake Ridge offers a 90% Refundable Fee for Service Agreement.
For a limited time, we are offering a special pilot program of a 50% Refundable Fee for Service Agreement on our spacious one bedroom with den and two bedroom cottage homes. This is a savings of $60,000 - $75,000 off these spacious cottage homes. This special program comes with a further bonus - the second person entrance fee will be waived for these selected cottage residences.
Under the 50% Refundable Fee for Service Agreement, you also have the ability to opt-in or opt-out of our dining program.
Payment of the Fee for Service Agreement* fees entitles you to lifetime residency at Westminster at Lake Ridge. You will only be billed for skilled nursing or assisted living if you use those services.
The monthly service fee for the Fee for Service Agreement includes:

of the dining program when choosing a cottage home,
- weekly housekeeping,
- yard care, interior and exterior maintenance of your home
and the Westminster grounds,
- all utilities including heat, air conditioning, electricity, and water,

- Real Estate taxes,
- an emergency response system, on-site security and safety checks,

Prices for Fee for Service plans start at $149,659, with a monthly service fee of $1,731
